Haven't had a chance to test cookedhams yet, but based on NugentGL he said it was.

"Very, low recoil, high rate of fire, very consistent. Body is much better than people were complaining about before it was released."

cookham's Tavor is way better than the video show on RW youtube channel. Trigger is not too bad for what I feel. The traveling distance is not that far but could be adjusted IMO. recoil is also fair. Surprising the overall is working pretty smooth. Only the mag is a bit too tight to unload, that could also be fixed easily IMO. Balancing is way heavy in the back half so you may have to hold the rifle pull backward. If can add a handle in front may have a better control. The way for reloading is a bit new to me but still not too bad tho.

This rifle is built for left and right hand. Should be easy to switch IMO.

Finally got mind. Solid piece, heavy weight. Low recoil, not high rof.
First got it, the trigger sometimes not working, also bolt lock locked itself without mag on. But it shoots straight and seems with very tight grouping. May be it shoots hot at 430fps.
Spent hours to disassemble it, found that most are port metal as usual but mix with some aluminium piece. The design of the trigger box is a bit complicated and hard to service for the first time. The bolt seems like no way to be disassembled for service that I may have try other time see if I could.
After fine tuned and lubed it. Now it shoots flawlessly. Will try to adjust through trigger engage distance and shorten the bolt traveling to increase rof, or even increase the recoil spring see if could bring up the recoil.
Since this design of the trigger is in front of the magazine so there is a metal piece connect with trigger an trigger box for functioning. So the way to pull it feels a bit strange. Will post some disassemble pics soon.
And yeah, it could be changed for left handed with not effect the functional. All you need to do some extra work on firing switch and bolt cover.

Unresponsive trigger issues were resolved. The cocking mechanism was leaving the hammer in an odd position if the gun wasn't racked with full force. If I didn't just release the cocking handle completely, the hammer would get stuck. Likely I will have to replace some parts in the future but it seems to be working fine now.

Nope it's just sitting there for picture purposes. If I want that specfic lenght, I will need a 5-6 inch outer barrel in order to make it happen.

To give you an idea, that JP rail is 155mm and the OSS is 175mm.

I perchased WE AR with a 10" barrel and UBR stock today, but no hand guard. I can't wait to get modding!
