Well im new, and im not looking to drop $600 on a hammer to kill my dog, so ive scoured ebay for this

I know killing your dog is illegal in canada, but thats irrelevant because im paying my friend in the states, and he'll kill it for me. However i would love to have your opinions on this hammer. If theres a better alternative in the same price range, Id also love to hear it. Thanks guys!
