366 fps+, if not, no.

Else you can try splitting two parcels (pistol) from Asia and pay two shipping costs, it has worked 3/3 times for me in 2014, haven't tried it in 2015.

Many of the U.S. sites have a list of exportable to Canada airsoft products . But you are still at the whim of CBSA

Yeah, technically no they are not. However as mentioned splitting the pistol can/should work. Here's why. You can legally import a slide kit. That's not an issue. The issue arises when trying to import a pistol frame. Now the loophole, with the slide and barrel removed the "frame" of an ebb pistol doesn't really resemble the frame of a real gun, on closer inspection it's plastic construction and the "gearbox" will make it blatantly obvious that it is not nor can be converted into an actual gun. Is it the "right way" not really but also saying something must be capable of causing bodily harm I order to be imported doesn't really hold a heap of logic but it is what it is. Keep in mind the whole while it may be sent back or destroyed by CBSA if they aren't sure of if they intemperate it as a potential restricted item.
something to read for your info

I personally wouldn't risk it, especially for an ebb pistol, so many nice bb's around lots of nice spring shotguns and gas ones. All can be had for about the price of importing a TM ebb pistol in 2 packages....
Edit, should we even be talking about this in a non av area? I mean we didn't post retail links so I think it's kosher but not 100% sure lol

Hectic: the fact that it can or can't be converted to a real gun has nothing to do with it. If it looks like a gun or the restricted part of a gun, in this case the frame, it won't pass customs if can't inflict bodily harm (366fps with 0.2g BBs). Since the gun is partly disassembled and therefore might not be able to shoot, it WILL be classified as a replica and destroyed.

In which case if I try and buy a replacement Guarder Glock frame it will likely be tossed in the bin?

Yeah you can't import a guarded frame for sure. It looks n feels nearly just like a real glock frame. The thing with e bb's is they are blatantly toy looking when disassembled. Thus not resembling with near perscission a fire arm so not a replica or restricted.
And as I stated it's a tomato tomAto thing. (how does one spell the other pronunciation lol)
As you can see Drakker is pretty convinced that they "look like" a gun or part of one. Some CBSA person may feel the same way and destroy your item.

You don't want an EBB first off.

You want an AEP. Big difference. My Cyma Glock does not split apart like the above gun. It quite clearly have a grip that resembles a glock and a slide the resembles a glock.

like that naminator?
Like I said me looking at that can see it is a "toy part" as often declared on airsoft parts shipments. But some may feel it is a "replica" or a part of a replica or restricted weapon made to look like a toy.
As I said a risk not worth taking with the availibility of decent pistols in the canadian market.

Its not "some may feel that". The law is very clear: if it looks anything like a real firearm, even if it is not a copy of any real weapon, and if it can't cause bodily harm by shooting a projectile, then it is a replica and will therefore be destroyed (or shipped back to the sender if you are lucky).

Well, I have my fingers crossed. There are only two parts in that order, one being the pistol frame. Let's see what happens...

I think the more important question here is "who is the OP and why doesn't he have friends who will stop him from trying to buy an EBB pistol???
