Last one of these for a while I swear.. Got that rail painted up, it's super comfy. Now on to optic hunting, and an Inforce light to replace the current torch on there.

How does the Troy fit on the VR16? Considering this combo but in their 9" variant.

Had to trim the barrel nut just a tiny bit with a hand file because it was just slightly too tight, but it's solid as a rock. One could also just grab a second barrel nut, as it just sits on a standard one, and VFC uses a threading that is to spec or close enough to real AR receivers.

I probably would have gone with a 9" if it had been available on Boxing Day. I like the look of 4" or so of barrel protruding from the handguard with a nice gas block and muzzle device.
