Last October I iook a shot ot the face while in the Bunker on Hill 3322 at FR. First off I have no idea how someone got me in there. He was either a damn good sniper who I should buy a beer, or someone who simply sprayed, prayed and god was listening. Anyway, it hurt like a bitch and bled a bit. I didn't actually realize how bad it was until I got in the car and looked in the mirror at the end of the day. Ended up having a nice C shaped cut on my cheek, thought for sure I was gonna have a scar, but nope.

The other day I was playin with some friends in the woods and it was just a shitty crosman PulseM70 mini MP5 but I took my mask off for just a second to see why my gun wouldn't load and at that split second a bb hit right under my left eye...my only good eye left!(my other eye isn't great) scariest moment of my life...if that hit my eye I would be blind in one eye and declared legally blind in both eyes so i'm very lucky..A lesson learned.

Im just starting this hobby and I took a look around this thread.
After all this bb hurts more than I thought, but this makes the hobby more respectable for me. I guess these wounds are still "better" than a 7.92 round in the arse.

That's why you should play in controlled areas with experienced people who follow basic safety rules instead of some woods.

The worst injury I had happened at a 24 hr edmonton game. It didn't seem so bad untill towards the end of the game when it was getting progressivly worse. The heel on my boot collapsed and the stress on my akilies tendon for the remainder of the game made it extremely difficult to walk for the next month. I even had to hitch a ride on one of the clean up trucks to get off the field. Turns out I had micro tearing.

I've been stuck to a tree by my hair while 3 people shot at me. Not damaging, but painful.

Worst injury I've ever seen was at a FR game last year where my friend tripped in a ditch and tore the ligaments in his leg. He still cant attend games.

A nail through the foot came second. Although, that doesnt stop airsofters. Once some gauss and duct tape was located the guy came back into the game, hopping around with a mac11 on his good foot.
