Exclamation V2 Rear Wiring Problem

So the first time I installed a MOSFET in my custom M4, the wires got shredded by the motor as they kept popping up and not staying down, fixed this with liquid electrical tape. However, is there a way to keep the wires down without ruining the insulation so my motor doesn't eat them up like dinner? Getting a new MOSFET and don't want to ruin the expensive wires lol

I like wiring my fets with 2 thin signal wires. I run them alone through the space by the motor tower with hot glue holding them in place. I run the motor power wires both through the rear hole side by enlarging it on both sides of the shell. Now with fancy trigger fets, you just need to ensure it's all (wires) tucked down nice and neat and hot glue it down.

some gearboxes have a small extra grove at the bottom that allows the wires to pass through without hassle. look at this item:

if you look closely there is a openning at the bottom that allows for the wire to be looser which protects its against such damage. If you have a steady hand and a dremel drill you can make this mod yourself.

Use teflon jacket wire, its way thinner than silicone jacket for the same gage, and holds its shape.
I always do 3 wire setups when possible. Depending on the gun, you might be able to run a pair of trigger wires around the outside of the mechbox.
