Noob Question about a M203

This might seem like a retard question, but to me it's a confusing matter that I need to get solved for my own personal interest.

Is it legal, yes or no, to order a M203 from the internet to get imported to Canada, because Idk if its considered a Airsoft gun or just an accessory

thx for the comprehension guys

You can't import an M203. However, there are Madbull launchers available from several Canadian retailers on their web sites outside of ASC. Just need to search a little... And BTW, shells will also get seized.

Comme un AEG un M203 est considérer par les douances comme une réplique d'arme et ils vont le confisqué et le détruire. Le site web airsoftparts.ca vente des lance grenade de marque madbull avec les grenade. Ce sont le seul modèle qui passe les douances.

I brought some shells back with me when I was to Texas over Christmas and New Years. I ordered from Airsoft GI and had them shipped to my relatives. I presented my receipt at the border amongst all my other receipts for items purchased (wii controllers, DVDs, household, some clothing, etc.) Now this got the attention of the CBSA agent. His first question "You don't have any guns, do you?" I explained that I of course did not. He was familiar enough with AirSoft to get what I went on to explain. He asked to see the shells. I showed him said shells and explained how they worked, what they were powered by, and at what velocity they would expel BBs.

I was honest and up front, and it paid off. YMMV. Having a mailed parcel examined is entirely different as you are not there to explain. All my other M203 purchases, including launcher have been from airsoftparts.ca

I kid. But yeah, canadian retailers have shells anyways, and I think you can get madbull xm203s by import if you wanted to.
