My logic on that is that retailers who pay for ad space are now featured in the banner ads, and those who don't are not. The old dropdown bar sort of now interferes with ASC's new ad support model.

That is also something to take into consideration, though over 1/2 the retailers that were on the retailer drop down were no longer active, like say A & A. Though we did try to update that with retailers that were active and operating with ASC, how ever the code just wasn't working properly. In the retailers section you will see an announcement of retailers and we are working on putting the other info in other places.

Received a payment with an untraceable email and no user id attached to it, if you can tell me the name, the bank name and the amount I can apply the correct support bar to the correct user name.

Any way to make the payment system an age verification system as well for those of us in the US?

Thanks
Wes

You don't need to be verified if you're in the US.

You don't want to buy Canadian guns.

While I don't want Canadian guns, I would like to view the parts and accessories offered by retailers such as Huang. I have to blow up Huang's email account anytime I have a question about availablity and pricing for items that are in the parts and accessories catagory.

BUT, if you happen to be traveling to the US at somepoint soon, please let me know if you can age verify me!

Thanks
Wes

I can look at some of the products huang carries in his store, but there are products which he only posts on here such as all of the products in this thread:
http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=68705

None of those are on the dragonredairsoft website.

Not sure how many other retailers I'd be interested in purchasing from, but I am sure Huang's got some competition.

Thanks
Wes

Late response, but I still think that WGC, UNCompany, Redwolf etc. etc. were handy to have up there. Canadian local businesses as well as manufacture companies were handy. I can see retail being limited for the reasons you specify, but at the same time with those links harder to find I believe it will lead to more nub threads about "Where do I get..." yada yada yada. While I know that sadly those will never disappear, I just thought it was a handy tool to log in and click to find an address. Just my thoughts anyhow.

We've moved the links to the navbar under News/Info and International Retailers.

Part of it was that the drop down menu at the top was breaking when we updated it. so we intergrated it into the navbar. Same info except the retailers bring you to actual retailers unlike the list before which had over 1/2 the retailers being "retired".

Would it be worth throwing eHobby Asia and EbayBanned into the international retailers list? They're pretty popular these days.
