We hk 416 nozzle issue

Hello I recently put in an RA tech hop up and 6.01 inner barrel in my We rifle however the loading nozzle tends to get stuck on firing in the forward position as well as a massive fps inconsistency on full auto, any help would be appreciated.

Not the right diagnostic (I know because I ran into it last week).

You are not using enough oil in your mags.
The rear o-ring (on the nozzle) gets stuck on the bolt carrier. Lube excessively to unstuck.
The put 1 drop of GRENADE oil in your adapter every 2 mags. Works fine for me now.

Pull out the bolt carrrier group out of the rifle.

pull the bolt and let go, if it sucks back into the carrier then it is lubed well enough.

Hmm the nozzle is very sticky and once the o ring is out its a pain to put it back ill put the original hop up and lube the o ring and report back.

I have a simaler issue where the nozzle gets stuck in the hop up unit for a fraftion of a seccond. Its not the oring binding but the nozzle and hop up stickin together. It doesnt really effect the operation but its noticeable when cycling the bolt by hand

30wt is enough.
I use 35wt because that is what I have at hand.

Canned GreenGas is not lubed enough for GBBRs.

Just like 1 drop in 10 fills is enough for pistols, it's no where near enough for GBBRs.

Your O-Ring might need replacement if you ran it like that for a while... at least it's dirt cheap!

Ya im thinking its the o ring and after like 2 years use I think its time to just change the nozzle altogether although I dont notice that much more accuracy with the ra tech hop up is there a better brand to use?

Why change the nozzle (25$) when you can change the o-ring alone (25¢)?

Also, I still run me stock barrel and rubber... been 2 years and I don't see why I should change it (yet). I usually hit my targets with 1-2 shots, so no need to improve the "tool", as it's more accurate than I am skilled still.

hmm well with the original barrel and hop up configuration the shots veered to the left every time, when i switched parts it now shoots petty straight although it has troubles firing automatic, hopefully a new o ring will change that
