We used to hold training days, they didn't look like that though. We trained. You guys would do well to pick up some camo's, and some research on small squad tactics.... and safety procedures, full sealed Goggles, and proper footwear and well start with that.

Blue camo matches the sky mate.

Thanks for advice.
We are a fairly new team.
With university tuitions to fees it gets expensive. We have settled on a pattern and will start acquiring it.
Tactics we are also starting to work with as well.

Please tell us its a basic woodland pattern. If you're cash strapped spending a wad on shitty quality flashy camo is a bad Idea. Go get some issue US woodland BDU's Its strong, comfy, widely available and camo enough for your skill level.

This ^. No need to get fancy. US woodland and Flecktarn are dirt cheap, plentiful and very effective camos. I would definitely echo this recommendation.

Flecktarn is awesome. I still run Flecktarn and Wustentarn, they're dirt cheap too.

You guys should also really get rid of those hicaps and get some midcaps... And maybe get some pouches to put on the MOLLE carriers you guys are wearing.

1. this is airsoft not hipsters inc. Please don't ever use the term 'cray'

2. don't post training videos that lack any actual training, the community is big on reputation, and we are cool with new teams and the like, but the image you put forth is really important.

3. I don't know are sponsorships are a thing now? Can you elaborate how you are sponsored?

Welcome, thanks for the video!
Perhaps some creative editing and a re branding as a "new teak intro video" would be awesome to avoid any flaming.
Hopefully we will see you on the field soon!

Yep some of the bigger companies are sponsoring teams now. Discounts/free gear to show off the new shit at fields and games n such. Rite reviews and wear shop logos on gear, ala pro sports and paintball n such. I personally wear the gear I like a support the names of the shops I enjoy shopping at. I have a bunch of army issue and airsoft parts swag on my gear land gun bags and such. Those who treat me good get my respect I return no need to effectively pay me for reping yer shop you deserve to get bigger up you'll get it nuff said.
