Kimber Custom Covert II

I present to you, The Kimber Custom Covert II. Fully built by the Master himself, Illusion, it consists of the brand new, recently released, Hurricane full metal conversion kit for the Tokyo Marui MEU GBB.

This pistol features a very solid full metal build, Black slide over stainless outer barrel. Lower is tan finish. The color is not a flat out FDE, more of a flat tan color. Digital finish, laser grips, Illusion Kinetics Hammer kit, black 3 hole, adjustable trigger, and very stylish combat night sights.

This pistol shoots as good as it looks, nice crisp blowback, fairly hard kickback, a full Airsoft Surgeon blowback kit, 6.03 inner barrel, and upgraded springs really add to both the performance aspect, and the overall cycle giving it solid, all business performance.

How are the Hurricane kits anyway? How do them compare to CNCed PGC/Nova kits?

Ill let Illusion fully comment on the Kit, it required some modifications for fitment, ect. The quality is pretty good, not quite as solid and heavy as a Creation kit I had for my P226, but it feels nice, comfortable weight, doesnt feel weak or flimsy at all, not like a cheaper kit at all.

The laser grips are nice, laser is strong, fully adjustable, easy to engage it. Has a hard power switch which is great for say, daylight, when its useless, wont be wasting the batteries.

Its accurate too, lined up cans, put the laser on them, all one shot each, gone.

My camera and picture quality isnt top notch, in person, its a nice, matte black, very little gloss, fully even...Sure its not amazing, high end paint, but I am satisfied with it.

Just kidding, as I was waiting for my 226 (an epic tale for sure) I was tempted many times change lanes and tell Bryan to just make me Kimber.
