Source for Camelbak

Any links for a good retailer for Camelbak products (Civ and Mil)? I still see a few retailers who have Mil based Camelbak products as restricted items, meanwhile others do not. What is the current verdict on that?

Cheers and thanks in advance.

A camelbak is just a backpack I dont see why it would be restricted.

You might be able to get some military surplus ones. You can also check REI for some CamelBaks. Why would CamelBaks be restricted?

I swear by Source as vastly superior to my old CamelBak system. Others may chime in.
Readily available from Rampart and others in Canada. The bladder is the real game changer, I use it in my Grey Ghost Stealth Operator, my MULE and my Eagle MAP.

It is not the backpack but the bladder. I used to have the chem-resistant bladders with hoses that were never available for sale to civillians. One of them was insulated like the old Unbottles.

DS Tactical sells the modern carriers with civillian bladders, unless Camelbak no longer makes the chem-resistant ones. They were easy to spot, the material was less plastic and more rubber, black and had stainless crimp clamps at the joints.

This.
I have only had my Source bladder for a couple months now, and yeah its just a water bladder, but it is just better in every way compared to any other bladder I have used.

I tossed my Source ones in the trash. The ones that didin't have the clamp give loose on the top I gave away. Yeah for wet-back.

When I need water, I don't want to use 2 hands with the hose and valve to try some kind on oral gymnastist to open the ridiculous twist valve.

Nice. But too late for me. Still loved the retards who thought a sliding plastic clamp to close the open end was a good idea.

excellent all day
forgive for the wrong translation
I used translate.google.

I will participate in your discussion if it is possible.
at us almost all guys refused such valves about three years ago.
http://bestprotection.de/shop/out/pi...5-thickbox.jpg

almost all use the such
well joins one hand
http://i2.guns.ru/forums/icons/forum...63/5363361.jpg

there are still necessary adapters for filling with water. thanks to what Camelbak shouldn't take out each time from a cover.
http://bestprotection.de/shop/out/pi...-kit-web-2.jpg

and new interesting sample. it is used by climbers, water rods and rescuers - when both hands are occupied. the modern material - silicone is used and it isn't necessary any cover absolutely. doesn't proceed - it is checked.
the only problem - it not the military (looks the stranger on military regimentals)

I use such when I play in a protective mask.
he easily under it will go mad, it isn't necessary to unmask, and don't stir levers.

I hope my information it was interesting. (also it is clear))))

An alternative bladder would be the MSR one. Mine is made of a lightweight cordura like fabric. It does not give a plastic taste to water, unlike a lot of Camelback plastic bladder.

MSR also have spare parts, so you can repair or customise your kit.
I insert my bladder in my backpacks or water carrier on my rigs.

Sold in SAIL or any good outdoor store.
