JG-Bar 10 upgrades

After getting a lot of feedback between the SSG24 vs TM upgraded, MB 03 upgraded, JG bar-10 upgraded, I decided to go with a JG bar and upgrade it. I have other tech skills but have never worked on a airgun. Watched a bunch of videos and the most important thing seems to be pay attention to disassembly so you can put it back together the exact same way and don't lose any small parts like springs.
I would like to start by spending about $500 or less on upgrades. I can get the parts below from my local store. I was wondering if I could skip the cylinder for now. How is the stock one? The same goes for the barrel? How is the stock one? Does it make a huge difference in accuracy or is the AA hop up good enough for now? Between the cylinder and barrel, which would you do first? I know the trigger set and piston is a must before upgrading with a stronger spring.
Any other low cost suggestions, spacers. rings etc.? Which parts should I Teflon? Which parts should I grease? One you Tube owner said to forget about spacers and use electrical tape. Suggestions on tighter air seals? Airsoft tech work tips? Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it.
AA cylinder kit ?

Action Army TM L96 M150 Spring
