Anyone in Toronto want to help me remove this delta ring?

Alright, I have a King Arms M4 with a delta ring that just won't budge, I've done the heat treatment and the cold treatment, Iam just fed up. I was wondering if anyone here in Toronto had 20 minutes and a dremel to help me out or maybe just another way to do things?

Propane torch, picatinny vice, real AR wrench. Problem solved.

Are you concerned about damage to the ring? What have you tried just hand, or a crappy airsoft crown wrench? I have a pipe wrench i use to remove stuck on shit, but itll marr up whatever you stick it on.

I'm worried about compromising the upper receiver, I'm completely fine with tossing the delta ring. just don't wanna mess the body up.

Well i would hope the body isnt that flimsy. I wrenched both the buffer tube and ring off my we gbbr without issues so im sure we can get it off, its not stupid long or anything but should do the trick.
what area are you in?

it's definitely not flimsy but you know the internet, it's got a lot of stories about bodies breaking, don't wanna risk it cause I'm mad broke and if this receiver breaks, my heart will to.
