Beautiful. I've pretty much decided my winter project is to manage to afford/sneak-into-the-house-past-my-wife a SCAR AEG; I hear VFC is a good one. I want it in tan!

I got to work on a client's VFC SCAR L this weekend.

It was really good, both externally and internally(especially the self shimming gear system and the wiring). It also had a functioning bolt catch that made a huge badass noise.

Overall it was a very well assembled gun. You won't regret it. Don't ever get a Dboys, it was a horrible experience to reassemble it.

btw nice WE

Good to know, Skladfin; VFC is what I'll shoot for... I'm drooling already.

+1 to what Skladfin said. I have never gotten to open one up, But i got to handle a VFC Scar, and play with it for a game. Was awesome.

well nice gun though but just another underage show off his rifle again.

Edit : Yes, VFC SCAR-L is a great gun, I got both of them from time to time and either one of them never let me down. I shot at least 10 K or 20 K each before I got tired and sold them for a new toy.

Not sure if it was a VFC, but a guy in our club has a Scar and the top receiver looks like gold. That's not a metaphor either, the color looks like gold, and doesn't even match the lower. Kinda strange looking, but the gun is pretty scary to be at the receiving end.

All tan scars don't match, even the real ones. Its because the upper is metal and the lower is polymer.

Some are more stark contrasts then others, It kinda depends on the lighting.
