Moore Militaria is great for the "lazy" participant like me.

If you've got the cash, they'll send you a pretty much complete kit!

Indeed they do!

For the lazy, Moores offers a basic equipment package for $100 USD, and a basic uniform package for $150.

Of course, if you're smart, and you've learned how to tell what equipment is what, you can get it for less on ebay. But that's more work, and you have to actually know what you're doing so you don't end up with 80's belts and pouches.

You could click and find out.

Moores has IMPECIBLE customer service. I've received things from him faster than people within Canada. I had one order that took exactly one week to get to my door, and he's in Texas. He's never using UPS or Fedex so there are no duties unless customs checks it..

S'ok. The last question you had was a valid one. You won't be disappointed by Trey. I've done hundreds of dollars worth of business with him.

...Like that surprises anyone.

'Bout time you changed your avatar. That flashlight was killing me, and why are you wearing Sgt stripes LT?

Before the platoon really started to come together, I was a staffsgt.. figured I couldn't be much more than that if there were only 4-5 guys.

Then they promoted me.

You do realise I partly changed the avatar because of you.

Bars go on the FNG's in the field, just in case of snipers looking for rank

Your heart is in the right place.

But 90% of that is post war or Alice. I could only indentify 2-3 items which could be from the Vietnam era, and 2 I'd need better photos of, or to see the dates on.

The mess kit is probably ok though. The canteen and cup should be ok as well. Just equipment wise
