Question KSC USPc pre-system 7 compatibility?

might be getting a non-system 7 KSC USPc. will the old frame be compatible with new system 7 parts? and will a system 7 slide fit on the old frame?

basically I don't know if the new and old KSC USPc use the same frame. I plan on swapping all the internals from the old system and replacing with new internals and aftermarket slide for system 7, if the old frame allows for that.

You'd be surprised how well the TM USPC is.

Even if it's "Plastic."

I'm a collector. the TM frame says "Tokyo Marui Co Ltd Made in Japan" which isn't as nice as the KSC one that says "Heckler & Koch" lol

The pre-system7 uspc has a major design flaw.

The trigger breaks, some faster than others.

The material that the trigger is made of cannot stand the pressure of the single action.

A quick google search will show that the problem hasn't been (totally) fixed on the latest ksc/kwa version. That being said, I've seen fewer reports of the newer ones breaking.

I had the non-sys7 ksc usp compact, loved it. Being the only option on the market at the time, I repaired the trigger 3 times before giving up.

That's amazing, I must have the single greatest KSC trigger ever made. It's gotta be 6yrs old by now, gone through thousands of rounds, only thing that's been replaced is the hopup O_O

Tic Toc.

You can replace it with a real USP trigger when it breaks. They're not expensive.

The steps to replace the trigger are insane.

$25 and a free trigger replacement says my M&P trigger breaks before the uspc trigger does

just got a used USPc system 7 from here. is the safety supposed to feel sluggish? after it clicks into S or F there is still some slight play. could need a replacement to make it feel snappy?

mines pretty snappy, likely worn out from releasing the bar from decocking. It springs up past F into S.

Why does function and upgrades matter if all you're going to do is display it?

I don't understand why all of these collectors end up upgrading things to the tits with no plans to ever game them.
