If you play with a MP5, then you'll have to do a lot of running!

I think this chap would fit in well at the breast-feeding classes. Then again, I might as well.

Will people "teach" you how to play in a game? or you have to learn it on your own "BEFORE" you get in a game?

Currently, I've been running for the past few days to train myself in order to make it "easy" for me in this sport. I'm doing 1km after my lunch & dinner. It's hard in the begining, but is their a better way to train myself up besides RUN & RUN... :duke:

Thanks.

you mean no one told you about the pasta meal and curahee?

:fro: running? I don't do alot of running in airsoft games, when I do its not far maybe 100 meters is the most I've ever had to run in a game. its not like the enemy on the other side of the woods. I think the thing would be to build leg strength to allow you to crouch walk, opps I ment to say tactically walk from one point to another, doing that all day really hurts the next few days

wow where did that one hoser come from?
for some reason I just find it hard to believe that he does all that. to the point of shenanigans really.
dude man seriously; just run. if anyone reads this for info. just run. you guys won't need to run anymore then 5k. but don't start out at that. 1.5k is a good place to start. do guerillia training. sprint 100 m, walk 100 m. do that for 30 mins. you'll feel er.

Sort of reminding me of that Casey Ryback guy

On another note, I can't imagine somebody saying "RUN OR GTFO MY GAME". I'd imagine mobility is an advantage for you, however.
