mp5-j stock wont lock

Just got my mp5-j today i played with it for a few minutes(not hardcore just target practice) i set it down i come back a couple hours later the stock wont lock it just slides back and forth help me please

Have you tried taking it off to check for any obvious signs of distress or issues?

CYMA = superglue

Seriously, not worth any more trouble then that. Slide the stock in place, and apply either plasic model glue, or super glue.

The lock tab may have came loose. You might hafta try disassembling the stock. You pretty much just need to remove the main screw attached to the stock. The MP5-J manual is crap. There's a bunch of tutorials on how to do so on the net so just do a search or download the A5 or A4 manual diagrams. Thats how I figured out how to take apart my MP5-J for the 1st time.
