Questions about TM M733

for M733,i noticed that the low receiver and the carrying handle are not separate, but how can this design fit some scopes??

i was thinking that some railed low receivers can replace the original receiver in order to generate some upper rails to fit scopes..??

is that solution feasible??

one more question:

for the m733's handguard,is it the same as a regular M4A1's handguard?
cuz the In-box battery for m733 is only 8.4 v(7 cells),and for a regular m4,its 9.6 v(4 cells in series).

thanks for any feedback!

Ah yes the fixed carry handle.

Your options are as follows:

1. Purchase a secondary upper with a non fixed carry handle.

2. Purchase a carry handle rail

The handguard will fit a standard mini battery pack, or a nunchuck pack, like a regular m4 hand guard, yes.

Its bigger because its real.

In airsoft while everything may look to scale, dimensions in fact are actually slightly off.

Also note that most RIS/RAS designed to fit an M4 will not fit an M733, and those designed to fit an M733 can only sometimes be made to fit an M4 with a fair amount of dremel work. The front sight on an M733 out barrel sights slightly farther forward than on an M4 outer barrel - therefore M4 RIS/RAS are too short to mount properly on an M733 in most cases.

As T7 pointed out, M4 flat-top upper receivers fit on M733 lowers just fine...that's what i did to mine.

I know this from personal experience as I had a Tm M733 for several years.

I have personal experience with the M733.

- A 9.6v small butterfly battery will fit into the stock handguards if you remove the fake gas tube. This can up your battery capacity to ~1600mah.

- The handguards, handguard retaining cap, and outer barrel are all proprietary to the design.

- The upper receiver can be swapped out for a flat top one, no compatability issues with barrels etc.

- A 7" freefloat RAS rail will work on the stock M733 outer barrel and body. Any rail system that doesn't connect to the front sight (connected only to the upper receiver) will fit.

- The M16 MRE rail (rail behind and infront of triangle front sight) will also fit around the triangle front site without issue.

- Use a M4/M16 carry handle scope rail. These are made by a variety of manufacturers. With the TM carry handle, be sure not to split it in half by overtightening the mount.

If you have any other questions/compatability querries you can PM me.
