Hi everybody, I've recently discovered Flashpoint. It's really great show. Now I'm in the middle of the second season and I was wondering maybe someone recognize what gloves the SRU team using in action. I was trying to google it but obviously it's not a common topic. I would appreciate any help.

Thank you very much Damian13.
To be exact its Hatch NS430L model. Some of the team members wears also Hatch NS430. |

The exact model Greg is wearing is not the Hatch NS430. I have the NS430 right in front of me now. The hook and loop closure is different.

I found this a month or two back, still looking to track down the "Metropolitan Police" though....it seems like no one has them. I know there was mention earlier in this thread about a member making a vector image (if I recall correctly) that could be taken to a cresting company, but I don't think there has been any significant movement on that yet.
The other two crests I wouldn't mind seeing someone make are the patch for Rookie Blue and GTA's Liberty City Police. Perhaps one day.....

i was looking around for a better match to the show vest, found this down at AA Army surplus in Kensington Market, not perfect but close. the issue im seeing is the show vest has 4 mag pouches on the bottom and all the ones i have found have a holster on one side (http://www.torontoairsoft.com/ACM-Me...ack_p_910.html).

Remember that wearing any sort of patch that says police is a big no no.
That being said, I have an SRU setup pretty much ready to go, just need to drop by MD Charlton for the pants and change the barrel on my C8 to a 14 inch heavy from the 16 inch Simon Sleeve. |

While searching the internet for Toronto Police shoulder patches, I came across this thread, so I thought I'd share. Crown Surplus has both the greyscale Toronto Police Service and the ETF patches:
http://store.armysurplus.com/patch-t...police/dp/4215 http://store.armysurplus.com/patch-t...-force/dp/4216 At $8 each, safe to assume they're reproductions. |
