Nice Kaos!
How do you like the STG with gas? Do you have the option of dropping back a gearbox in it?

I also noticed your boots, they are looking great! Looks like a pretty good cut.

And I can't help but compliment the pea dot pattern camo, its just awesome and I miss using it! Good stuff taking it out to non-historical events and showing people WW2 gear.

It's such an effective camouflage!

I love it! It is the best rifle I have ever owned. Super trigger response with a ton of awesome features I can play with. And yup, I could easily put a regular mechbox back in it, but I picked up a second STG for that gap .

I have some info on it on the website;

Still a work in progress, but it's coming along as I test it out.

I totally agree with the Dot camo, for being "old" design, it surely is very effective still to this date.

Thanks! WWII or bust!

Thanks.
Yeah, for the longest while I couldn't log into OAWWIIR.
The website has something against European IP addresses haha.
I am working that out with Lee though.

Got a pretty decent shot of my new LW Helferin uniform from Sunday's blank fire public re-enactment!

More people did than didn't, back then, both male and female. I love that you hold it the German way (between thumb and forefinger), it's a nice period-correct touch.

I don't. Most of us out here don't.

I usually start hunting for herbal or clove cigarettes about 2 weeks before an event and buy several packs for folks to share. They're tabacco and tar free, burn the same and look right, so it's a great compromise!

And thanks Karsten - I have to remember which kit I'm wearing at any given time to remember which way to hold the cigarette! And I'm still getting used to letting the gentlemen light them for me!

Here I am at Blast Off Military Shoot last week. This isn't all mine, most of it was brought by my good comrades in Ontario Airsoft WW2 Reenactors and Kampfgruppe Haase:

Got a few pictures from a public reenactment. Again with the smoking eh? Haha. I only smoke when I fish, or reenact, or drink....

Also, a picture of my 1927 Swiss Army Bike and I, cruising the museum grounds during the same event.
