I decided to bring my camera out today, so we've got a few more pictures.

The results of a close encounter of the BB kind.

My life fades. The vision dims. All that remains are memories. I remember a time of chaos. Ruined dreams. This wasted land. But most of all, I remember The Road Warrior. The man we called "Max". To understand who he was, you have to go back to another time. When the world was powered by the black fuel. And the desert sprouted great cities of pipe and steel. Gone now, swept away. For reasons long forgotten, two mighty warrior tribes went to war and touched off a blaze which engulfed them all. Without fuel, they were nothing. They built a house of straw. The thundering machines sputtered and stopped. Their leaders talked and talked and talked. But nothing could stem the avalanche. Their world crumbled. The cities exploded. A whirlwind of looting, a firestorm of fear. Men began to feed on men. On the roads it was a white line nightmare. Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice. And in this maelstrom of decay, ordinary men were battered and smashed. Men like Max. The warrior Max. In the roar of an engine, he lost everything. And became a shell of a man, a burnt out, desolate man, a man haunted by the demons of his past, a man who wandered out into the wasteland. And it was here, in this blighted place, that he learned to live again...

A little bit of rain this weekend but we didn't let it stop us. And now, a story in pictures... with captions.

The assault team advances under cover.

One team member is trapped. Going to be hard for the medic to reach him there.

A sniper skids into position and sets up to provide cover for the medic!

But it's a trap!

The lone survivor escapes into the dense underbrush.

Ikea mostly assembled, so here we go... Good weather, not oo hot, no rain...

That FAL is scary to be shot it with... Fast and accurate!

Got to use my new SCAR (actually a rebuilt combo of a Heavy and a Light!). Much fun, but I need new mags and stuff...

And rocked the new M203...

Lot's of action this time out... And lots of rain!

And it's not even Hallowe'en yet...

Lots of fun, too, with two airsoft newbies!

The vast majority of pictures here are taken with an Olympus Stylus. Most with a 7+ year-old model (weather proof), and ones from the last year or so with a 3 1/2 year-old model (water proof). There's also a scattering of Canon DSLR and Nikon DSLR (D60), and some unknown (posted by other members here).

One thing I always hated about PB is the paint Im looking to get Into Airsoft like I was into PB. Heading to Edmonton next week to check out the setups and see things first hand. any sugestions would be helpful.
