Unfortunately, when it comes to websites, people WILL jump to conclusions based on what they can read/see. Just like I did. I wont apologize for calling it as I could see it. Appearance and the written word is everything when online.

It would be important if you could find a friend to revise your site. That will go a long way to make things better for your business.

I wholeheartedly agree. Before a site goes public, particularly one geared to business, it's best to have the whole thing proof read for spelling and gramatical errors. It tends to leave people with the impression you got. However, since you obviously speak French as well, seeing a domain name registered in Quebec should have probably given it away that most of the errors on the site were common Frenglish. But yes, I do agree and can see how it looks bad on the site operator, especially in a business such as this there shady characters are more than willing to take your money.

Well, I wish you the best of luck with your business, and hope that you manage to stay online and service the Canadian airsoft community. But Greylocks is right. Most people, from ASC or otherwise, may be turned off by seeing these errors. My recommendations would be to get this fixed ASAP and it will avoid a lot of initial negative reaction.

I recently order an JG mp5 Navy full metal from Shootsoft and I'm totally satisfied by the customer service. LeGros is serious in his buisness and I know him personnally (we are playing airsoft together since a lilttle while).

Like he said, he can't get a full inventory right but on my side my order was shipped in less than 48 hours.

Got problem with Paypal 2 at first but finally working go on Paypal site on the troubleshooting section.

My review will follow when i'll get my stuff.

Like LeGros said the site isn't completed yet. Just wait for the real opening !

You'll be be more than happy with the customer service and price.

All I hope for you is that you take the criticism, and the reactions, as a test to find out how to make your site better.

Seems to be, when he's open. Please note the big 18+ sign on his front page. That's something you'll have to arrange on your side.

Anyone own either of these items? I've heard good things about the JG g36, but have never heard of the 'Well' L96 sniper rifle with bipod.

Anyone know approx FPS for the L96?
