Can't create a thread as a new member?

I was wondering if I needed to do something to be able to post a thread in the Upgrades section of the forum.

I read that because of spam bots there was an administrator check for the new members posts but I can't tell if my post is waiting to be confirmed or not since I didn't have time to read what was written when I pressed Submit New Thread.

If you haven’t accepted and responded to the verification email, the. It has some limiting factors. Sometimes your email may shove it in junk or spam. Check those folders.

Thanks for the answer, I already activated my account via the e-mail confirmation.

I tried to post again and had a little time to read and it was saying the post wouldn't be visible until a moderator confirms it.

I guess I gotta wait a bit
