I was wondering why is there so much of them for sale and if real people pay up to 3000$ for them?

Honeymoon's over, and the harsh realities of marrying a trophy wife is setting in.

I was thinking just the opposite...why are there so many more cheap-ass AEG's for sale and would someone really spend $300 or less on an plastic M4 !!

Useless boobs wandering around the kitchen, wondering if baking soda can be used instead of baking powder....

It's been raining a lot this year. PTW owners decided they wanted an AEG they can actually use

Easy to explain

People that really could not afford the thing in the first place .. now are selling to dowgrade to what they really should have purchased to start with.

Like the young guy who buys a hot car ... and then can't afford to put gas in it.

Good answers... love the "WETTI"! But it must be difficult for someone to sell a PTW at 3000$! Well, I wish them good luck so!

I suspect a lot of guys are setting up for a full GBBR setup (mags + rifle + other parts is going to run $2K). They're fun...and shooting one makes you smile.

If you've got $4-5K tied up in airsoft stuff (gear + stuff + PTW + more stuff)...and want to bite on a new $2K toy, a lot of guys have to dump what they have first. Or...they've got 2-3+ PTWs...and the extras are going to make room for something else.

I haven't fielded my PTW much (just a half dozen times indoors and once outdoors...this summer has sucked so far for getting out to games). Once they're running...they are super sweet. Just a different beast altogether. When they fail...they suck every spare penny out of your wallet. Same as an AEG...just a different price range.

I don't know if I'd buy another PTW...maybe. But I'm definitely getting a GBBR to fiddle with.
