Has anyone tried putting capacitors in an AEG to improve performance?

Why would you want to put caps on an AEG? Why would you think it would improve performance?

Filter signal noise?
Smooth some AC current to Pseudo-DC?

This would help the motor turn.

Nothing faster but just help in the torque.

Single shots would quicker.
