Another common dual-sight setup is to have NV/thermal scope after/before an RDS/Holo. That way you can see in the dark.

However, I can't remember, but I think some Eotech's have NV built in, but correct me if I'm wrong.

No, but some EOtechs have night vision compatibility, in that the aiming reticle is only visible to night vision/infrared.

Somewhat different than the setup that was originally asked about, but another semi-common dual optic setup is a small red dot over a magnified scope, for quick unmagnified aiming.

I've mounted an Aimpoint in front of an ACOG for night use, ACOG has a Docter Sight on it... so technically that was 3 sights on the gun :P

could be 4 if you have buis on it too.

video camera to helmet mounted HUD?
