The EBR isn't a "designated marksman" but can be used as one. I have seen pis of it used in CQB and "DM".

Heh like my 4 feet long SR-25... sure it works in CQB, doesn't mean its gonna be good at it. How long is that EBR anyway?

It's about 41 inches with the stock in the close position. The way I set the stock for me, it's 44 inches. A SR-25 without the suppressor is 39 inches. The EBR with a suppressor would be 54 inches which gives it 6 inches over your SR-25 with the suppressor.

This used to be Red Tiger's M14. Notice how far out the suppressor hangs.

A Tangodown bipod would be great. If only any retailer would ship one to Canada, I'll be ordering one right away!

Hades, looking good man. I guess you'll be hunting the US team with that on Saturday. lol

I don't own Red Tiger's M14. I'm using the picture to only to show the suppressor that was on it. Only a giant like Red can carry that rifle.

WOW.

Any idea where Red picked up that rail system for the m14? or where I could find something similar?

I thought I would throw my hat into the ring and post up my EBR. It's G&P's long version decked out with a G&P M3 with Butler Creek Flip-ups and a Grippod. The reason I chose the Grippod was that a friend of mine stationed in the Sandbox said it performed very well on his weapon of choice and that given the design of the G&P EBR, there's very little rail space on the bottom of the foregrip.

Cheers,
Taito.
