Just got my AS spring and 2 AS shock buffers for my TM 5.1. Works like a charm. Only problem is that its a bit difficult to compress the spring (because its stiffer) in the bushing when inserting it into the slide- shaved off some skin on my finger tips.

Update on the trigger pull problem. It came back after the initial "fix" so I took the whole gun apart and found that the valve knocker was not sitting in its groove properly. After I put it where it should be its smooth as a whistle.

Edit: still working on the weak shot problem. I have swapped outer barrels, inner barrels, blowback units and hop up rubbers, cylinder bulbs and its springs, loading nozzles, recoil springs (but not hammer spring) and hammer struts. I've tried the mags i use with this gun with other GBBs and they fire fine in the others. I think I also swapped the chassis at one point, with no success.

Hey, the 2 screws for my hop up unit keep are getting loose after firing several shots. As a result, the 2 halves of my unit has a slight crack and the bb's arent feeding properly (each bb drops out after being chambered). My hop up dial is fully turned on. Anyone experienced this problem before?

Bend the arm on the dial.
Loctite the screws with blue loctite.
Your rubber might be worned out causing BBs to fall.
The dropping is also probably caused my improper placement of nozzle, or BBs too small.

Grrrr.. guess what guys, after upgrading to a Airsoft Surgeon 140% Recoil spring and Airsoft Surgeon shock buffers x2, my Airsoft Surgeon hard air nozzle has been broken TWICE in 1 week. It has cost me soo much money to replace, but here is a pic below showing how the loading tip has broken off. Anyone know how to fix this (I know there is probably no way, and the best way is to buy a new one, but i dont want to risk breaking a third nozzle)? I thought the air nozzle is supposed to be hard. Any other way I can fix this, or is there a better alternative I can use that can withstand my spring and shock buffers?

harder doesn't necessarily mean better. Harder means it's more brittle. A softer material will be able to take the repeated impacts a lot better. I honestly recommend the SD POM nozzle

the POM material is more durable, and the airseal is PERFECT when paired with a nineball piston head because the ID matches up perfectly

oh wow, i never knew it was that good. I thought the AS hard nozzle was the best one... btw, if i get the SD POM nozzle, would it work with the light weight BBU with the built in piston head? Its the one that ILLusion sells. The reason why im asking is because i want the air seal to be good, like what noobelord said.

Naw, AS isn't as good as it gets. I do hear the POM is good, haven't heard much about the SD though.

SD is the POM. the full name is Shooters Design-POM Cylinder Set

yes, the lightweight BBU has good airseal as well

SD nozzles bend, so I believe they are better.
Guarder ones are super hard. I've shot with mine for thousands of rounds and never cracked on me.

The reason why your loading nozzle cracked off is because you used a powerful combo in your slide. You have the strongest recoil springs on the market with 2 buffers making it highly strong. Too strong for the nozzle.

My best bet is you can save $ on nozzles and downgrade your springs. You really don't need the power of recoil springs because you're just going to use more gas making it harder for your slide to cycle.

The only people I've seen use that kind of combo use IK made slides and frames which both go well together are are smooth.

Using 140% on a regular TM frame and metal slide will wear out parts way quicker.
