Firefly rocket valve G23F???
I was wondering if someone could tell me exactly what I could expect from completing this upgrade to my KSC 23F? I have read some posts/reviews but I was hoping for some first hand info on what I should expect.
Better accuracy? More FPS? anything else? |

ILLusion had installed the firefly rocket valve in my G23F. I havent noticed too much in terms of any preformance upgrade, but more of a durability item, as my stock rocket valve fins ended up breaking and shooting out with the BB.
the firefly rocket valve is metal construction, while the stock is plastic. |

i would say to replace that valve with the firefly one right away. so many guys up here had their's break but that's only with the 23f and 18c in full auto. the semi guns like the 17, 19 and 34 that are around here haven't yet. i think the repetive hammering of that valve in full auto with green/propane destroys is what destroys them and pretty quick on some i've seen. semi isn't prone to that kind of hammering. i don't believe it's a performance thing but i really haven't tried a "before and after" thing, but rather a reliability thing as most guys don't use duster up where i am.
