VFC Outer barrel issues.

I bought a VFC / Socom Gear label Daniel Defense M4 AEG about a month ago, from ASGI (please no ASGI hate, this is not their fault)

Right after warranty, I found the outer barrel to be crooked, pointing upwards. :banghead: It is a standard VFC two piece 14.5" aluminum barrel, and there are two hex screws holding the pieces together.

Usually something like this would be an easy fix, but then the two hex screws are stripped and rusted, so this means I will have to find a new outer barrel.

- Do standard AEG outer barrels fit VFC bodies?
- Are there any recommended 14.5" threaded outer barrels that come with the triangle sight?

All AEG barrels are compatible with VFC receivers, though not necessarily the other way around.
The triangle sight is removable via 2 rollpins and grub screw on the bottom.
You can remove the barrel nut by PMing me and purchasing my spare Daniel Defense barrel nut wrench for $10 + shipping

Good to know that there are barrels available.
VFC front sight pins are really stubborn, but I'm sure I can remove them eventually.
As for the tool, thanks for the offer but now my buddy says he has a tool to remove it.
