Well another local and thats actually a mistruth. There are guys who play in whitby but that field is private and invite only. Also steer clear of Heroarmysurplus its overpriced.
Try ArmyIssue. And for guns we can't tell you until you are AV'd. Again the private field is also 18+. I've delivered pizza to a guy who plays there and he's a good fellow, and I think they will still play but yea just steer clear of Heroarmysurplus. |

If all is good, this will be up and running soon.
http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=137000 Also been to heros couple times. Prices are not that bad, some stuff are cheaper than other retailers and they don't stalk you around the store like some other places do. Just do your research prior to purchasing.

I don't agree, I felt staff where a little pushy. Graham was the only staff member who really knew diddly squat about airsoft and he quit. And what if cheaper and what isn't. Generally its over priced. Now they do carry a huge selection on Condor gear though.

Yea allot of my condor gear did come from there from convience and cause I didn't want to tip family and friends as too how much I was spending. But now I'm getting all higher end real gear. But Condor gear selection there cannot be beat. But rifles wise you can do better, take a look around.

I am the person Cobalt is talking about. We play on a private piece of land in Whitby. Last year was our year using it so it's been by invite only. Restricted to 18 plus.
We maybe opening it up a bit more this year but that's still to be settled. As for Heros its like any other store, somethings can cost a bit more but you don't have to drive into Toronto to get it. Just be an educated costumer.

I am the guy who runs the field in whitby, Penn18 is a friend of mine. If anyone is interested in joining our group next year we are open to new comers, before i can make any committment to next years schedule I will have to do a pre season field inspection and see how the weather situtaion is, I would like to reopen in april but may is when it will probably happen.
If anyone is interested in joining up with us in the new season please feel free to contact (myself) S_Okita. This is a PRIVATE property, however we require all guns be in bags, 400fps w/ .20g bb, SOLID lenses only, and 18+ years of age no exceptions. These are the main points i could think off hand to cover but if you have any questions, again contact s_okita (myself). Last edited by S_Okita; March 3rd, 2012 at 23:29.. |

I share the opinion of penn18 somethings are a good deal others are a bit high. the key is to educate yourself and realise at heros they are a surplus store so they expect you to come in and haggle. it also depend who you deal with in the store some people are cool others id like to strike with a blunt instrument or object but the same can be said about anywhere lol
edit: my poor spelling. Last edited by S_Okita; March 3rd, 2012 at 16:07.. Reason: spelling |

I found heroes pretty good. They sold me a condor rifle bag for 30 less than tactical products and 40 less than beaver. And they are the only ones with the fast replicas in stock in the area.

Hasn't been as good since Fish left. I wont be going back unless I'm desperate for something.
