TM M14 stuck on auto

Hey all, so as the title states my TM M14 is stuck on auto. Also, Im not sure if this is the cause, or just another problem but when I went to take the gun apart a tiny piece fell out but I can't seem to find where it goes. I have pics of the piece from a couple angles as well as a few others. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

lets discuss
1. the aeg fires only in full auto

if you remove the selector plate, the m14 defaults to semi only
the reason is that the little silver lever from the 4th photo is the semi auto lock, its spring loaded and
it defauls to semi only and it prevents full auto firing.

If i had to make an edumacated guess.
the Broken piece is the end of the semi auto lock (hidden by the retaining plate)
remove the 4 screws and examine the silver lever.
Id bet its broken
if not that might be the other little lever the semi auto lock works in tandem with
have a look at SV STWS TM m14 V7 Mechbox disassembly - YouTube and when i take the m14 mech box apart, you might catch a glimps of the lever around 1:20

Follow this guide, on page 08:
http://alakdan.net/m14-8.html

I have used this guide when I upgraded my TM M-14. Save the link if you can. It has been posted several years ago and I just had requested him to upload it again.
Very helpful though, IMHO.

That is definitely a piece of the semi-bar lock bar. Thankfully guarder makes a steel replacement and it's a drop in part.
