I agree, MSG is overkill, doesn't fit with his age, what seems to be his role etc.

Well gents, our team is based out with ranks and roles, we already had a Staff Sgt and we had too many specialists, so we needed someone to fill in the spot.
Ranger tab, was a gift from a fellow US ranger soo in respect to him i wear it in his honor..but at the end its an impression.
