TM Fa-Mas f1

Hi, I was wondering if the Fa-mas F1 is a worthwhile gun.

I'd like to purchase one and turn it into a mid range fully automatic sniper rifle.
I think its killer ROF would make it an ideal sweeper.

Yes, it is a great gun. Just Google it, you'd be able to find anything you need (Or the Search function at the top).

There's also 5 different reviews on Arnies Airsoft (www.arniesairsoft.co.uk).
Remember, any review of the FA-MAS SV also applies to the FA-MAS F1, the only differences are cosmetic.

I have one, the handle's going to be butchered and replaced with a G36 handle.

Is there a problem with the handle?

Oh and what about distance on it?
I have a limited knowledge of airsoft gusn period. I'm new to the game.

Once again, any of the hundreds of reviews would tell you anything. I can't give you specific measurements, but I can assure you it's extremely accurate for its size.
There's no problems with the handle, it's just ugly.

I would be hesitant to say the gun could become a Midrange sniper, and last very long. The early gearbox setups in the Fa-Mas seem to be a bit weak for upgrading.

Actually, the FA-MAS gearbox is compatible with most V2 parts, from what I understand. You just have to get a lot of parts, and it should be more upgradeable.

Welcome, anytime
I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one who gave in to the FA-MAS. However, you'll need the parts...
