Increase the hop up a bit. Guns are typically shipped (when new) with the hop up at zero, and if there is no hop up, the loaded BB will roll out the end of the barrel. Dial in some hop up (if adjustable) and it should sort out the problem. If the hop up is fixed, then good chance the rubber nub is torn and needs to be replaced.
Am wondering now if there even is a hop up in that gun. I mean, 200fps with 0.12g BBs..............
