In between the two shingles it looked like something was inbetween them. But now that I'm looking at it a second time, what I thought was another object is just the shingle mounted on the vest; it's a different colour then the other shingle so that threw me off a little.
Also, does that carabiner serve any other purposes, aside from carrying your hat?
