God damn, I'd love to own an armoured vehicle, tank or not. Anyone got any info or be able to point me to info on the legalities , rules and regulations and info on any licenses or permits I'd need?

Also, where would one go about buying or viewing what's available in this area of interest?

Can't afford it now, but down the road one can hope
