Pretty much. Also was a bastad to use around my guns, they'd get hung up on the netting and crap. Then I Shoe Goo'd cheap woodland fabric to the inside, worked better but still the netting would catch on every single branch, so I said to hell with it, glued it to BDUs and went from there. Unless you are using it in the desert or grassy areas, it's a freaking pain in the arse to use. But, it does roll up nicely.
