RacingManiac, that is still a beautiful pistol. The little details you added definitely look great even/especially without the compensator. I have the same Nova slide & frame kit and while it's beautiful, yours is definitely unique. A couple questions for you:
Do you find that the PDI Barrel "meshes well" with the Nova barrel bushing?
Did you see the Vicker's type magwell made by Nova (
link)? They seem to match the magwell in
this picture which attached to a slide/frame that looks a lot like the Nova kit you and I have. Perhaps the Nova kit was modeled after the real-steel 1911 in the picture? I almost want to copy it exactly...
