There are no motor gurus in Canada per se. I either send just armatures or if I am crunched for tine complete motors to England and let Tony deal with them. There are a few guys like me with parts and experience to rebrush a motor. I have heard of nobody yet who can match Tony's experience on motors in Canada.
I would just it out and get it rebuilt.
