When I place the propane tank upside down to fill gas into mag or gas tank, I'll keep the propane tank close to my ear to hear the filling sound, siiiiiiii. When the sound turning from high to low, means almost full, when no noise at all, means full. Usually I will release the propane tank when the filling sound turning into low. I don't like to fill in complete full cause if it will have excessive gas shoot out from the first few shot and that could damage you release value in a long run.
