When they issued the refund they stated: "inventory issue / error. full refund on the way on the transaction note"
Otherwise, I have not received a response from them ever since Jan. 22 when they told me they just processed my shipment and I'll have a tracking number no later than Jan. 23.
Unfortunately, it is still showing "Pending Until Feb 12, 2014" for the refund, and so far have not yet actually received the funds back.
