Strict as it was/is, however, people always find their own way to enjoy their hobby; just like even in the darkest days here in Canada, we still can buy/sell/play airsoft. The situation there is much like here or maybe worse, you can't sell/buy airsoft guns in public, you can't play airsoft in any public facility, even though, there were thousands of airsofters in China. Hongkong is a different story, airsoft is legal in there. One superior thing for being an airsofter in China than in Canada is , the price is always cheaper/cheapest.
