Sorry for the late reply, my contact just got back to me about this. The E&L front sight IS adjustable. They have also designed an adjustment tool which should be released soon.
PS. those RPKs is starting to make me want a gas blowback version. What's the best way to build one, GHK AK with a LCT kit?
