I really liked the layout and selection. Plenty of choices, and a lot of gear that is fairly difficult to find (within the same price range) at other places.
So, I went ahead and carted the full gear set I wanted to buy. Full Flyye kit. Molle belt, Fast Attack Plate Carrier, various pouches. Got it all in Ranger Green, which was something I was specifically shopping for. Total was around 270 after shipping for the full set (everything I needed, minus a BDU). Got a confirmation email. Money was taken from my paypal. Nice and easy
Then, a few hours later I receive an email...Apparently the vest, belt and one of the pouches were out of stock..even though the site showed them fully available. Okay, so I told them to cancel the order and refund the money.
Received an email a few hours later, confirming that they cancelled the order and payment.
So far so good. A shame that the gear I wanted was not in stock, but the customer service was timely and efficient.
Entire process from when I ordered, to when they sent the cancellation email: 4 hours.
.......And then I sent an email right after the cancellation one, asking when, approximately, the money would be refunded....Still haven't heard back. I am hoping that it is just after-hours for them. I will know within a day or two.
I fully plan on buying a different set of gear from them, with the refunded money, but it is irksome that they 1: list items in stock that are NOT, and 2: do not refund the money as soon as the order is cancelled (<-- though I am hoping that is just a paypal delay. doubt it, as it took them under half an hour to take the money...)
