For me, it depends on the rig I have/space available and what I'm doing
If I don't want too use a belt, it goes on the plate carrier. If I will be using a belt, I'll put the dump pouch on the belt, along with my holster and pistol mags.
Maybe I just have ADD with regards to gear.. can't find one perfect set up.

Same. I just want to get ideas because I run a serpa on the belt, but then I want a clean set up that's light, then one day I want to go heavy.
