Not sure where was this photo taken from, but definetly not in China, the letters on the license plate are not chinese, could be in the mid east.

The interesting thing is, this is the same guy, the photo was taken in the SPC( special police college) the 2 guys on each side were from snow leopard, 1st time to see a Special force operator from the CPAP using a G36, I wonder why, but this could be a good inspiration for you CPAP fans.
