Sometimes checking out R/C stores works for this stuff - I've had some luck there with metric fasteners that aren't typical to find in other places.

Very good quality hex keys can make a big difference - in these tiny increments, the slightest manufacturing variations matter a lot.
And they're pretty certain to be metric.

+1 on the trigger bar observations - I've got 2 KSC G23Fs and 1 KSC G19 (same frame, many common parts, including the trigger bar) and found on one in particular, I had to do some finicky re-bending...

Also helps prevent the well-known heavy wear on mags when one replaces stock G-series mag...

I fixed this for him - turns out the fill valve might be 'sticky' or something; I popped in one from a 'parts' mag I have for a KSC G-series, and it brought it up to par with the other one.
